New Clients
We make sure all our clients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, we will develop and go over your Personal Care Plan, which fits your needs. Our staff will make sure all your questions are answered to ensure a successful start.
Our home care is non-discriminatory and all patients will be accepted for service without regard to their age, race, sex, religion, national origin, or disability.
Our Staff
Absolute Total Home Care staff is highly trained, experienced and properly licensed. All of our employees are educated on the privacy of clients’ personal health data, must go through an orientation process that includes skill validation testing and take yearly continuing education classes. In order to maintain our clients’ integrity and safety, all service providers must pass a security background check before being authorized to work with clients. Our personal care providers are patient and understanding of the older adult community, dependable, committed to improving older adults’ lives, provide the right level of care and assistance in a respectful way and are available from several hours a day to a few times per week, up to seven days a week.
